Fire water tanks areunderground tanks made of glass-plasticfor storing fire water. Plastekor OÜ’s product range includes fire fighting reservoirs of different sizes, allmanufactured by the rolling method. The maximum capacity is 75 cubic metres. The diameters of the tanks are 1600-2400mm and theslotis 600mm. If it is not possible to pump water directly from the tank, an intermediate well of 3 cubic metres must be installed. If necessary, it is possible to accommodate a larger volume of water in combination in several tanks. Fire-fighting water tanks are used, for example, in the vicinity of production buildings, warehouses, farms and petrol stations to provide a larger quantity of extinguishing water in the event of a fire.
