The One2clean is a simple and cost-effective biological wastewater treatment system developed by Otto-Graf GmbH, suitable for use in everything from private homes to smaller building complexes. The smallest wastewater treatment plant is designed for up to three residents and the largest can serve up to 18.
One2clean is a further development of the proven dosage cleaning technology (SBR), with low costs and high cleaning performance. The wiper will be based on the Carat S self-cleaning tank, which will be fitted with an airlift system and an aerator. The unit is controlled by a simple automation system that cyclically operates the air blower. One2clean uses three cleaning phases. Two cleansing cycles are carried out in one day.
The One2clean biocleaner is manufactured in Germany and tested by the PIA laboratory. Thanks to the high quality, the owner can rest assured – the tank comes with a 15-year warranty.

Wastewater treatment.
Wastewater enters directly into the treatment chamber by self-flow. At the same time, an air blower pumps air into the tank, and fine bubbles are used to bind oxygen to the wastewater. The micro-organisms immediately start biological purification.
Settling phase.
After the aeration phase is stopped by the control system, the activated sludge sinks to the bottom of the tank and the purifiedwater rises upwards in the tank. In order to minimise the mixing of treated water and wastewater in the sedimentation phase due to overflow, the sedimentation phases are moved to times of day when the probability of overflow is lowest. The purified water is pumped into the inlet and the purification process starts all over again.
